Andrew Jimenez was stocking boxes in a warehouse for his prior position and was looking for something that would give him the freedom really build his work around his life, rather than his life around his work. Growing up with parents divorced at ten years old, living with a single mom, and a college dropout, Andrew came to the insurance and financial services industry at twenty-one years old with zero sales, insurance, or any experience. Since coming into Symmetry Financial Group five years ago he has become the youngest Agency Owner in the company at 22 years old, won multiple leadership, agency production and impact awards. Along with developing an agency that has protected over 9000 families for over $9 Million in sales volume.
